­It can also help you notice any changes in a person’s needs. If you can see a person is struggling to understand you they may need to use some other form of communication, or may need help in the form of flashcards, hearing aids etc. Aiv)

It is important to find out about a person’s communication and language needs so you can ensure you are doing everything possible to help them understand you and give them the best opportunity to communicate anything they need to with you in a way that they are comfortable doing so.

Direct Direct discrimination is when someone is rude or offensive to someone or treats them less favourably because they see them as being different.
