...Kudler Foods is a specialty store with the best of the best imported wines and fine cheese; they are located in the Los Angeles and San Diego area. Kudler has small retail stores that have a bakery, meat and produce that can be compared to Whole Foods. If Kudler Foods were to acquire another store which has the same industry then this would have some positive as well as negative effects. The positive effects of opening this type of store in another country would be that if there aren’t these types of products available there then sales would be at an all time high. Another great thing about opening Kudler elsewhere would mean expansion since many of the products sold here are exported then they would be available right then and there at no extra cost. The marketing strategy the Kudler use will help focus and prioritize to reach main objectives. The company plan to increase by implementing a preferred customer program for loyal customers. If the market is strong for one country it may be strong at the time for a different country, if you only invest in U.S. markets you are limiting yourself since the U.S. only accounts for 48% of the world stock market capitalization. Acquiring new customers through sales ads, social networking, and word of mouth. This is a good reason why acquiring or purchasing a store elsewhere would be a good approach for Kudler Foods. The selling function will support the expansion of services and reward programs offered to loyal customers and......

...Kudler Fine Foods Paper Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program will be a great way to reward customer loyalty and increase revenue. As long as Kudler hashes out the potential ethical, legal, and information security concerns the Rewards program will be a huge success. Ethical Something to watch out for is honoring your customer by continuing to provide not only quality products but also providing the things loyal customers see within the advertisement. If at the time certain products cannot be produced, the customer can receive a voucher promising to provide them with that good next time they come back. This will provide a certain allegiance to the store as long as Kudler makes good on their side of the bargain. Continued tracking of customers products can make for a better purchase period by buying more of what the customer really wants as oppose to filling up with the items that they barely need. Doing so will get the customer to focus on the products that are pushed and less on the economical products they can have. Legal Kudler Fine Foods should also consider a privacy policy for the Frequent Shopper Program. This privacy policy will be an agreement signed by the customer with Kudler stating that their membership will be providing the store with personal information in order to make their experience more personal. However, the information gathered during the tracking will not be abused, or exploited in any way to harm the individual signing the agreement.......
