Kimberly will need to communicate with her superior regarding the conversation with the client. I feel Kimberly intention is to establish a valuable relationship to the customer by being honest, customer focused and truly committed to exceeding your customer's needs. Kimberly intention is to meet the customer's timeline, requirements, and expectations in an enthusiastic and ethical manner. Mis-using the company assets and expense account fraud, and cheating the company can be harmful. If Kimberly helps the customer with what they need, they will come back to her for what they want. Kimberly should have another meeting with the client to clarify the conversation so there will not be any misunderstanding.

Kimberly main concerns should understand the selling services to the client, which sometimes a salesperson can slip into some bad practices or unethical practices. Salespeople sometimes face pressure to be top salesperson. Nevertheless, a salesperson should not want to become someone who does whatever it takes to win a client. Practicing bad unethical behavior can lead to a disaster.

Giving brides will set Kimberly up for disaster for unethical behaviors which can have serious ramifications, such as loss of respect and trust. Having good ethical standards promotes goodwill and builds long-term relationships, which Kimberly must always do, to keep her job and the customer. If she feels unsure how to address the situation, she should have her superior involved. They will have the knowledge and experience on addressing this situation. Taking matters in her owned hands will only make things worse.

The scenario stated in week five which involved Joe the sales rep and his manager exhibited various mistakes regarding training, communication, and motivation. The most important aspect of the scenario was the lack of initiative shown by the manager. If there was training, coaching, and more transformational leadership skills shown by “Mr. Manager” throughout the quarter, there would have been no need for him to accompany and embarrass Joe during the sales call at the end. Sales Representatives have difficult jobs. They must be analytical, problem solvers, extroverted, great conversationalists, counselors, and the list continues. Whether or not these skills can be taught has often been debated but never proven. In order to pull out of the recession earlier than the estimated year and get people back to work, get production up and prices stable the below is my recommendation on what I feel is the best way to get the country back on its feet. First, I recommend that we expand the fiscal policy by working with Congress to decrease government spending and lower taxes to get buying and production going, this would also help to stabilize prices but would put money into of the pockets of those that need it. This would give citizens the ability to save as well as show the government is serious about cutting spending and allow growth while controlling spending. Second, I recommend the FED should increase its money supply of money by buying bonds and lowering interest rates slightly and look to raise the reserve requirement. This Monetary Policy would allow banks to stabilize their reserves and have more money to invest and loan to customers. This would help in creating more jobs as well as cut the -2.4 inflation rate we see today buy infusing money into the current markets. After consulting with my financial colleagues on how to proceed with the state of our economy, I agree with Raymond Burke, the President does have some control over the fiscal policy but monetary policy is executed by the Federal Reserve Bank. I agree it would be beneficial to lower interest rates which will boost the economy and help individuals get back on their feet. Patricia Lopez suggests the Federal Policy should leave interest rates alone, but should sell bonds and raise bank reserve requirements but I disagree with her because the Federal Reserve normally do not recommend selling bonds and if they do, usually it is not due to monetary policy. I do agree with Allison Tanney which is Congress and the President should work together to lower taxes which will likely stimulate growth and produce sales in the economy.
