My view on personal responsibility is taking full ownership of your actions; with those actions you have consequence that can affect the people around u directly or indirectly.
Forming the relationship between personal responsibility and your college success is very important. Your receiving a higher education would be your personal responsibility. Succeeding in college and maintaining passing grades are achievements to college success. In order to continue your success you should stay motived in and out of school, look towards your achievements such as: graduation, promotions, a bigger salary, and your reputation.
Choosing to pursue a higher education is your personal responsibility. These actions will have a positive outcome for you and your family.
My preliminary plan is applying personal responsibility to my education; having a great source of energy, by stay motived, keeping my attitude towards my education and at university of phoenix positive.
I intent to complete my assignments in a timely matter, which will help me stay on top of my progress. Giving my full attention, well enable me to achieve my success, all in suitable time frame without the distress of receiving failing grades or being withdrew from my class schedule.
Since my personal time is invested, I should have various reasons to stay motivated. Accepting negative or positive criticism from my fellow classmates and/or professors is one way to stay motivated. Focusing on my studies and making sure of completing my courses and assignments in the time given; prevents me from being left…...

...In life, there comes a time that we all have responsibilities that we must own up to. We have responsibilities as a parent, a teacher, and even an employee. As a student, in order to reach my academic success I must obtain certain type of responsibilities. These responsibilities will have to consist of attendance, studying, and participation. The first way to achieve my academic success is to maintain my attendance. Attendance is something that a student must take seriously to be academically successful. There are ways that as a student I can be successful in maintaining a good attendance. First step is to take the time out to review the schools attendance policies and guidelines; this can help remind me of my responsibility. “Every teacher is looking for students who are serious about the subject at hand, who work hard in the classroom and who show progress and ability.” Another way is to set a schedule for attending classes and checking in for online classes. Also making arrangements by providing my instructor and team with my information in case of emergency, and possessing a backup plan for completing and making attendance in advance. Another way for achieving my academic success is to study. Creating good study habits is an excellent way to complete my goals in school.
