Recurrent physical and psychological stress can diminish self-esteem, decrease interpersonal and academic effectiveness, and create a cycle of self-blame and self-doubt. For us students, we are usually experiencing stress whenever our projects are given by our professors at the same time, difficult lessons, home works, family problems, etc.
